TECH’NC is the data controller for the data collected on this website. You can send an e-mail to info@technc.be if you have any questions about the privacy policy.

This privacy policy documents the privacy policy of TECH’NC as controller, i.e. for the processing operations for which TECH’NC defines the purposes and means of the processing.

What personal data is collected about the users of this website

Users may provide their personal data to TECH’NC via this website by browsing the site or by making a request via the contact form.
For each contact request, TECH’NC collects the following information:

  • Name
  • E-mail address
  • Company name
  • Message

Why TECH’NC collects and uses personal data

The information that the user enters via the contact form is only used to respond to the user’s request. When the request is commercial, and with the explicit consent of the person concerned, personal data may also be used to send mailings on business-related subjects (new service, news…).

Personal data will only be used for these purposes.

TECH’NC is the main recipient of the information collected via the contact form for the purposes described above.

How TECH’NC collects and retains evidence of user consent

Each user is clearly informed of the uses that may be made of their personal data at the time they provide it and as described in this privacy policy.

How long does TECH’NC keep the personal data of users and what is the legal basis

The personal data collected via the contact form is only processed for the time necessary to answer the user’s question. As a result, the information retention period is variable and depends on the complexity of the request. When a user submits the contact form, they can legitimately expect to receive a response from us.
If the request is commercial, with the consent of the prospect, TECH’NC retains the data for 3 years after the last contact based on the recommendations of the competent authorities and the explicit consent of the prospect.

Rights of the persons concerned

In compliance with the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (RGPD), users have the following rights with respect to the data TECH’NC collects about them :

  • Right of Access
  • Right of rectification
  • Right to erase (right to oblivion)
  • Right of limitation
  • Right to portability

For any request concerning these rights, users can send an e-mail to info@techn.be with the subject of their request. TECH’NC will respond to the request made in relation to the rights listed above within one calendar month after receipt of the request.
For security reasons, for each request related to these rights, TECH’NC will verify the identity of the person submitting the request. In order to do so, the person concerned will be invited to do one of two actions:

  • Send a copy of an official document (identity card, passport) and a copy of a service bill (telephone, electricity…) which clearly mentions the name and address of the person concerned.
  • Call TECH’NC who will carry out a strict telephone verification which will consist in comparing the answers provided by the user with the information available to them.

TECH’NC will respond to the request only after a positive identification.

TECH’NC does not share personal information with other companies.

Use of cookies

TECH’NC’s website uses several cookies. A “cookie” is a file of limited size, usually consisting of letters and numbers, sent by the web server to the cookie file of the browser located on the hard drive of a computer.

Internal cookies necessary for the site to function

In order to adapt the site to the demands of its visitors, we measure the number of visits, the number of pages viewed, the activity of visitors on the site as well as their frequency of return. Google Analytics is the statistical tool used by TECH’NC and it generates the following cookies:

We also collect your IP address, in order to determine the city from which you connect. This is immediately anonymised after use. TECH’NC can therefore under no circumstances identify natural persons in this way.
